Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Shipping Terms:
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €5.90 per order.
Items longer than 1 meter will be sent by GLS or DPD - €25 per order.
From an order value of 500.00 € we deliver free of charge.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the order value (gross value of the goods):
EU - countries:
up to 10 EURO - 14.50 EURO
up to 20 EURO - 16.50 EURO
up to EUR 49.90 - EUR 18.50
up to 500 EURO - 26.50 EURO
Deliveries to Switzerland:
For shipments to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. You can find detailed information on MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch takes care of all customs formalities and ensures, for a small fee, that your delivery is brought directly to your doorstep. This way, you receive your goods quickly, already cleared through customs, and at an affordable price.
Non-EU countries:
45 EURO
Delivery times:
Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you pick it up yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The invoice amount is to be paid within 14 days in the case of payment on account.
